Blue Action Fund is pleased to announce a new open Call for grant proposals focussing on Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) to Climate Change in the Western Indian Ocean. This is the second of two Calls under a specific funding window providing grants to NGOs for projects that support coastal and marine EbA and sustainable livelihoods. The current expectation is that Blue Action Fund will award grants with a total volume of around EUR 20 million.
