\"\" \"\"As part of its ongoing commitment to support sustainable marine resource management and empower small-scale fishers, the MIHARI Network organized two major exchange visits in July and August\u2014one in Nosy Ve Androka (Atsimo Andrefana) and another in Sainte Luce (Atsimo Atsinanana).<\/span><\/p>\n

These visits brought together LMMA leaders from across Madagascar to observe firsthand the EbA (Ecosystem-based Adaptation) practices implemented by local communities\u2014nature-based solutions to address the impacts of climate change.<\/span><\/p>\n

These activities are part of a project implemented by the MIHARI Network in collaboration with Blue Ventures and WWF Madagascar, with support from the Blue Action Fund.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, MIHARI also carried out a CCVA (Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment) in several coastal regions of Madagascar. This approach aims to gather data and measure the adaptive capacity of local communities in the face of climate change.<\/span><\/p>\n
