The course titled,\u00a0\u2018Leading the Way\u2019: Effective Management for Marine Conservation and Biodiversity in Africa\u2019\u00a0is particularly relevant at this time because\u00a0of the global threat to marine resources and the opportunities offered by the Blue Economy.<\/p>\n<p>The course has been carefully designed to meet the unique needs of African marine conservationists and will provide participants with the essential skills to advance their careers and to make a positive contribution to their sector. During the course, participants can expect the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership, Governance, and Management Essentials<\/li>\n<li>12-week online program with a 5-day in-person intensive session in Mauritius for the top 5 performing participants<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge for impactful change<\/li>\n<li>Ethical leadership, with a sustainability focus<\/li>\n<li>Expert coaching and case studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications can be completed using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/streaklinks.com\/ByCtFEkhIetAB-8-rgPS1TWU\/https%3A%2F%2Falu.tfaforms.net%2F38\">\u00a0this link<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0<strong>15<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0January 2024<\/strong>.
