As part of the “Resilience of coastal populations and ecosystems in the South-West Indian Ocean” project – RECOS, the Indian Ocean Commission (IOC) is funding a PhD or post-doctoral fellowship on the topic of marine and coastal ecosystems (mangrove and seagrass beds) conservation and restoration in the Western Indian Ocean (WIO).<\/p>\n

Nationals of IOC countries that are beneficiaries of the RECOS project (Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius and Seychelles) are eligible to apply for this PhD\/post-doctorate fellowship.<\/p>\n

The call for applications will remain open until 15 September 2023<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0at midnight, Mauritius time.<\/p>\n
