In the WIO, mentoring is widely used as an established means of MPA professional development. \u00a0WIOMPAN builds on this opportunity to expand the mentorship programme to support new MPA professionals to manage their own learning to maximize their potential, develop hier skills, improve their knowledge and abilities and become competent MPA professionals.<\/p>

\u00a0We believe that MPA professionals have a big role to play in ensuring that MPAs are successful, and this can s can only become a reality when they have the right competencies. \u00a0Our mentorship programme aim is to build strong MPA professionals through linking upcoming practitioners to accomplished professionals for empowerment through both the formal and informal mentoring.<\/p>

Over the mentorship period and with the support of a mentor, the mentee will be equipped with tools, skills, knowledge and understanding of different MPA works areas.\u00a0 The mentee will then apply directly what they have learned in their MPA setting.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
