The effects of stocking density on the performance of juvenile Silver pompano(Trachinotus blochii) in Re-Circulatory Aquaculture System(RAS).

This grant allowed me to pursue a Master’s degree in Fisheries, a goal I have had for a while. This has also led to the development of my Master’s thesis which is a continuation of Grant’s work. Through this, I have been able to make networks with distinguished scientists and I have had the opportunity to learn from them. My stakeholder engagement skills have also greatly improved as well as my research skills. Ultimately, this has been a step towards my dream of being a Research Scientist in marine sciences in Kenya and the region.
